Lisa Swihart is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon, a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist in Financial Disorders (CMAT-FD), Certified Nutritionist (CN), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Washington State Approved Supervisor.

With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, Lisa has worked across a wide range of clinical, leadership, and community-based settings. Her career began supporting at-risk foster children and managing residential group homes, and over time expanded into behavioral health leadership, coaching, supervision, and private practice.

Lisa has experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, helping clients navigate anxiety, compulsive behaviors, relationship concerns, addiction recovery, and personal growth, and working with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

In addition to her clinical work, Lisa has served in leadership and management roles focused on mentoring, developing, and supporting professionals in providing compassionate, effective care. She is passionate about helping both clients and clinicians recognize their strengths, grow in confidence, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
