At Hawks Prairie Counseling & Coaching, we believe access to quality mental health care is important. We strive to provide transparent information about insurance coverage, fees, and payment options so clients can make informed decisions about their care.
Insurance
We accept the following in-network insurance companies:
• Aetna
• First Choice Health
• Premera Blue Cross Washington
• Regence Blue Shield of Washington
Out-of-Network Benefits
For clients with insurance plans not listed above, services may still qualify for out-of-network reimbursement depending on individual insurance benefits.
Payment is due at the time of service. A monthly superbill can be provided upon request to assist clients in seeking reimbursement through their insurance provider. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company directly to better understand their out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement options.
Fees
• Intake Session (53 minutes): $225
• Follow-Up Sessions (53 minutes): $150
Rates listed above also apply to out-of-network reimbursement calculations and coinsurance.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who do not have insurance or who choose not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of mental health services.
